Sit your booty on the floor or in a chair, ground or in the air as Lauren Goldberger and myself discuss on this podcast the most iconic pop culture moments from our favorite era—the 90's and early 2000's. We’re talking movies like Good Burger, Titanic, and The Sandlot. Television shows such as Rugrats, Girlfriends, and One Tree Hill. Oh! And of course music from Britney to Destiny’s Child to Shaggy to Missy and more!

As the Senior Producer and Host, I edited our 30, 60, or 90 minute episodes (downloads exceeding 2,000) using Riverside FM and Adobe Audition, conducts research on episode topics, and prepares episode outlines. I also wrote promotional content for social media pages, interacting with over 650 followers and listeners.

Guaranteed is a show about what happens when you give people money. What happens when a group of people who maybe spent a lot of their lives, not knowing what their financial situation would be from week to week, not knowing if the essentials of their survival would be taken care of – what happens when those people don't have to worry about that as much anymore. This is a story about the choices people make, the dreams they pursue, the things that had been concealed that now get unlocked - when your money is suddenly guaranteed.

As the Producer, I edited our seven-part series using ProTools, conducting research and preparation on episode guests.

At House of Pod, our stories are made for sound. House of Pod started as a community podcasting hub in 2017, helping hundreds of shows launch in Denver, Colorado. They have evolved into an award-winning audio company, producing stories at the crossroads of social justice and science. Clients include National Geographic Okavango Wilderness Project, SAPIENS Magazine, The Denver Museum of Nature and Science, The Sea Change Project, and more.

As a Producer and Community Manager, I assisted individuals and clients with making their ideas become reality. I managed clients with their podcast production process which included editing, research, and recordings. I also arranged interviews for clients to build customized content that fits their outlined goals. I served as Lead Producer for shows like SAPIENS, winner of the Podcast Category at Jackson Wild Media Awards as well as the 2021 Tribeca award-winning nonfiction podcast, Guardians of the River.

Junior Chamber International (JCI)

JCI is a global nonprofit organization of young active citizens between the ages of 18 - 40 whose purpose is to provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change around the world, uniting all sectors of society to create sustainable impact. Young active citizens are individuals invested in the future of our world who have the passion and courage to address the critical challenges of our time by reducing inequalities, improving health and education, and combating climate change.

As the Communications Manager, I managed the JCI brand, messaging, and voice by writing our scripts, digital content, campaign guides, press releases, news stories and newsletters. I developed the content and served as the show runner for the JCI Morning Show, JCI Awards Ceremony and the Presidential Reception Dinner during the annual World Congress event. At the end of the year, my department developed the annual Impact Report where we highlight the accomplishments of our organization and our members using a storytelling lens.

Trailnet is a nonprofit working to improve the quality of life for St. Louis families, neighbors, and communities. Their mission is to be a leader in fostering active and vibrant communities where walking, biking, and public transit are a way of life. Trailnet has an ambitious vision of connecting our region through a network of safe, protected on-street bikeways and sidewalks that link people to the places they want to be and need to go. Believing this sort of infrastructure will spark economic development, improve health and wellness, create social equity and access, and connect St. Louis neighborhoods.

As the Marketing and Communications Manager, I managed Trailnet's brand, messaging, and voice on our web content, social media content, and monthly newsletters. I created and delivered detailed marketing and communications plans for various initiatives, ride events, and fundraising programs using press releases and detailed marketing strategies. My department developed the newest brand standards and website revamp for Trailnet launched November 2017.

Campfire

Campfire is an interactive storytelling event where everyday people get on stage and share a story worth hearing. Our storytellers invite the audience into meaningful, sincere discussions about life and how we live it after working with our team of writers, speaker coaches, facilitation and multimedia specialists. Campfire Storytelling Podcast is the podcast of the Campfire live tapings. With Campfire Storytelling Podcast, our host, Steven Harowitz and I wanted to develop a radio show that harkened back to the golden age of radio and asked listeners to gather in a group and experience our Campfire stories together. Our storyteller for the month guides listeners through their narrative as well as facilitates similar conversations you would've had at the live event.

As the Producer, during the live events, I worked tech and sound along side the KDHX crew and produced the Campfire Storytelling Podcast at the KDHX Studios, using ProTools for editing and interviewing guests post-show.

Founded in London in 2010 and now based in over 200 cities, including St. Louis, MO, Sofar Sounds is a global network of artists, hosts, and guests, all with the goal of bringing the magic back to live music. A Sofar show is an intimate event where new upcoming artists perform in unique spaces to an audience of music lovers. Every lineup is carefully curated by our team to ensure that our audience sees a diverse show, and that each performer is given equal time to spend with our concert goers. We research and explore unique venues around our city to host secret shows.

As the Head of Media, my main task was to promote our shows and artists using our social media pages as well as manage external communication with local St. Louis music blogs and enthusiast. During live shows, our team set up space for artists’ to sell merchandise and help spread the word for upcoming performances. I helped manage the photographer and a video crew who records each set for artists to use as promotional tools.
